Challenge Yourself This January!

This January we have decided to come up with ways to challenge ourselves. We are pushing ourselves throughout the month to inspire you to come up with your own challenges. These could be anything from a daily step goal, complete 2 fitness classes a week, run further than you have before or quicker than you ever have before.

We would love for you to share with us how you are going to challenge yourselves.
