Radley Leisure Swim School aims to create a safe and enjoyable environment for your child to learn to swim. Our lessons are open to children aged 4+ and follow the Swim England learn to swim pathway. We strongly believe that the ability to swim is an important life skill and are confident that your child will enjoy learning with us.
All of our teachers here at Radley Leisure Swim School are fun, enthusiastic, highly qualified and experienced. Our teachers are committed to ensuring the success of each child within a class. Our small class sizes are designed to make sure your child has as much direct teaching time as possible throughout the lesson.
The Swim England Learn to Swim Programme is the national syllabus used to help teachers deliver swimming lessons. It ensures swimming lessons for all ages are delivered to a high and consistent standard, as well as creating an enjoyable environment for your child to learn in.

Frequently Asked Questions
When can I book on?
o Exiting Swim School pupils have priority booking and will be able to book on the day after a term finishes. New customers will be able to book on normally 4 days after this.
What if my child’s lesson is cancelled?
o We have been running our swim school for over a year now and have never cancelled a lesson! We pride ourselves on this. In the very rare instance that your lesson is cancelled, you will be issued a credit for the week affected.
Does my child have to wear a swim hat?
o You can if you wish, but it is not compulsory.
How quickly will my child complete a stage?
o It is impossible to put a timeframe on this as all children will progress at different speeds and this may alter for different levels. As a very rough guide, children are likely to spend around 20 – 25 weeks to pass a stage.
Is it possible to cancel my booking?
o If you need to cancel your place on a class, refunds can only be given with 3 week’s written notice
